Acoustic Polyester (PET)
More than just a traditional acoustic panel, Mellow PET contains 65% recycled plastic bottle flake, with solid colour throughout and available in 2 thicknesses (12mm and 24mm).
Easily manipulated, Mellow can be used to create solutions where design, acoustics and the environment is important. Our standard range includes acoustic panels, screens, ceiling rafts and baffles, as well as a host of other designs.

Suspended Screens
Suspended Panels are ideal for creating semi-permanent partitions. Thanks to our simple gripple system, panels are quick and easy to install, making them an ideal back-to-work solution.
Panel sizes are available up to 2,400mm x 1,200mm, while we offer two thicknesses of 12mm or 24mm.
Panels are available in a variety of sizes and can feature cutout sections, allowing for endless design possibilities.
Float Mellow Sliding Panels
Float is your perfect agile working buddy – a mobile panel system that glides into place in moments, on demand, anywhere you want it.
Using Mellow panels in conjunction with our Float system, lightweight operable partitions can be made.
Mellow Polyester Acoustic Baffles
Mellow Acoustic Ceiling Baffles are the ultimate solution for sound absorption. These innovative baffles effectively trap and soak up sound waves, making them perfect for any space that needs to improve its acoustics.
Choose from our full range of 39 colours to find the perfect match for your interior design. Mellow baffles can be cut to regular rectangular shapes or wavey forms to create eye-catching undulating ceiling effects for added wow.
Mellow Polyester Acoustic Rafts
Mellow Acoustic Ceiling Rafts are an innovative and cost-effective solution for absorbing unwanted sound. These visually pleasing panels come in a variety of 39 colours and can be made to many varying shapes and sizes to perfectly complement and interior space. Additionally, Mellow polyester rafts offer an opportunity for creative expression as they can be face-grooved and can incorporate cut-out designs too.
Wheels Screens
Mellow Wheels offer design freedom with the ability to create any size, shape and incorporate any cutout design within the sheet size of 1,200mm x 2,400mm.
The strong steel base with high-quality castors ensure a long lifespan, allowing for multiple space configurations within an environment without the need for fixed partitions or walls for years to come.
Freestanding Screens
A practical, stylish and environmentally friendly space division solution.
To ensure rigidity, panels are made from 24mm thick compressed recycled polyester.
Panel sizes available are up to 2,400mm x 1,200mm without joins. In addition to a wide range of colours to choose from, aluminium feet and joining clips allow for endless layout customisation.
Wall Panels
Mellow is easily applied directly to wall surfaces as an effective acoustic solution that enhances the aesthetic of any interior space.
Ceiling Grid
Mellow Ceiling Grids enhance the acoustic performance of the interior, as well as look dramatic too.
Grids are available as individual raft type pieces or adjoined to cover large ceiling areas. The grid apertures contain sound, and soak it up, before it re-enters the space.
Suspended using gripple wires, the grids are easily integrated with services and M&E items.
Desktop Screens
Mellow Desktop Screens are a versatile, lightweight and cost effective solution when trying to reduce the spread of infection.
Screens can be supplied in a size tailored to fit any desk or workstation. Freestanding options are available, or our
joining clips can be used to mount to any desk as a semi-permanent feature.
Groove Panels
Mellow Groove Wall Panels with their geometric designs cut into the face of the polyester material create stunning and interesting acoustic walls.
2 Tone Groove Panels
Our Mellow Groove tiles with fabric applied to the face, allows for endless colour combinations and design opportunities.
2 Tone Groove Ceiling Rafts
Acoustic ceiling rafts are ideal for reducing excessive sound within a space, and our 2 Tone Mellow Groove rafts allow for an unlimited number of colour combinations.
Acoustic Timber Slats
Utilising Mellow as a backing board, timber slats are applied to create one of the most advanced, durable and beautiful products available today for reducing echo and reverberant noise levels in workspace environments.

Technical Information
Mellow is manufactured from 100% polyester fibres and does not contain formaldehyde binders. Creatif polyester fibres support safer indoor air quality and will not become a potential airborne pollutant.

Impact Resistance
Mellow has been tested for impact resistance to N13964:2004 and meets the criteria of Class 1A; not adversely affected at impact velocities over 16.5m/s.
VOC Emissions
Creatif polyester has been tested by Cetec Pty Ltd (Report: CV080408) for chemical emission and is classified as low VOC. VOC concentration: 0.01 mg/m³
Moisture Absorption
Polyester fibre when exposed to an atmosphere of 50˚C at 90% relative humidity for four days showed moisture absorption of less than 0.03% by weight. Polyester not affected by moisture, mould or mildew and will not rot or deteriorate in intended use.

Creatif is committed to best practice through our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Mellow products contains a minimum of 65% previously recycled polyester fibre (from PET bottle-flake) ensuring comparatively low embodied energy Offcuts and manufacturing waste is re-used or recycled wherever possible. Uncontaminated Mellow can be recycled.

Suspended Panels can be made from 12mm or 24mm thick sheets of Mellow, which is made from 100% compressed recycled polyester. Available sizes are as follows;
