Property giants Savills wanted to give their Manchester office a re-design following the pandemic. The fit-out, furniture and design specialists at Ultimate Group were tasked with completing the works.
Their design included strip out and re-use of the open plan ceiling and lighting within the office and meeting rooms, seeking assistance from Creatif to design and install acoustic ceiling baffles within these areas.
Our acoustic polyester material, Mellow, was used to create over 50 acoustic baffles in a linear layout that is simple yet striking.
All identical in colour, the horizontally-suspended panels are 24mm in thickness and help to absorb unwanted sound within the large open plan spaces. Excessive reverberation is also trapped between the panels to further enhance acoustic comfort.
