Our 8-segment ecosystem is our business methodology that we apply every day – at its core is a passion that we hold to dearly: to enable everyone to do their best work in the workspace.

Each segment contains a specific set of actions and processes that ensure consistent, reliable and effective outcomes. With each segment leading seamlessly on to the next one, we encompass the whole user journey from initial challenge/need through to design, manufacture, installation and lifecycle maintenance of our products and solutions.

Engage

Engaging with workspace users, specialists, designers, consultants… in fact, anyone involved with the creation of workspaces… is the first and most fundamental segment in our Ecosystem. Through the process of engaging with such people, we aim to unearth workspace challenges and needs, as well as constantly on the lookout for the latest trends and patterns in the way workspace is used. This also ensures we are able to receive feedback on our current products and solutions – which is essential to us developing and innovating so that we remain relevant to workspace users and creators.

The outcomes of our engagement process result in a series of creative concepts and ideas that we germinate and develop.

These are produced as a result of a collaboration and partnering with workspace users and creators and throughout this process, consultation and engagement is maintained – the best ideas never come from any individual alone!

Apply

Application of the expertise, know-how and experience we have internally enables us to take ideas to the next stage.

We create detail and produce technical illustrations and drawings that progress the idea to something that can be made and implemented.

The ability to produce products, configurations and solutions is made possible through our vertically integrated supply chain and in-house “Made In Britain” manufacturing capabilities.

This resource and supply-chain enables us to test, proto-type and produce products for projects within very short timeframes – we know that speed is of the essence.

Our Made In Britain credentials support local manufacturing and assist in keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.

Manage

Project Managament is the essential ingredient that oversees the implementation of our products and solutions from purchase order to installation.

The key pillars underpinning our Project Management process are; Customer experience and satisfaction, on-time in full, snag-free delivery & installation and on-budget completion.

On every project we appoint a Project Manager who is responsible for delivering on the above. The Project Manager coordinates and communicates throughout, ensuring we follow our proven Project Delivery proecess so that predictable and positive outcomes are achieved, every time.

A project is never complete until the installation is signed off.

This step in our Ecosystem is the end result of a successful process to this point.

Installation on site, on time in full is the only acceptable standard and this is what we strive to achieve every time.

Install

Rental

Our vision is to enable people to do their best work in the workspace… this means we will do whatever we can to ensure our products are available to as many workspace environments as possible.

Rental is a new service that we will be developing to provide workspace users with the ability to implement our products for certain periods of time on a rental basis.

Lifecycle management of our products is paramount to keeping them working and seeing through our commitment to the environment. We provide unique service contracts that maintain our products and ensure they function reliably and safely everytime all the time. We are working on a programme and methodology to enable us to re-purpose our products to keep them in circulation, never ending up in landfill – our commitment to the environment, and ensuring our carbon footprint is as minimal as possible, is top of our agenda and is one of the key pillars that reinforces this Maintain segment.
