Based at Whitham Park House in Lincoln, Anglian Water sought expansion to an adjacent building and fit-out experts Office Principles were tasked with delivering the 20,000 sq ft project.
According to Office Principles, “The designers worked with the client to create two distinctive working areas. One wing was orientated to workstations and activity-based working, for engineers and the other hosted a more collaborative environment, housing the main cafe, washrooms, agile working zones, sofas and quiet booths.”
Thanks to a long history of collaborating on successful projects, Creatif were approached to deliver flexible space and acoustic comfort solutions to fit the needs of this brief.
